Bridge to Construction Management (BCM) is a professional bridging program offered in collaboration between the YMCA of Greater Toronto, Employment Ontario, and Seneca Polytechnic.

About the Program

This six-week bridging program offers a focused and modern approach to skills development for internationally trained professionals pursuing careers in the non-regulated construction management sector. It includes pre-employment training, essential Canadian workplace skills, and hands-on technical instruction designed to launch or elevate careers in construction management in Ontario.
