Overnight Accommodations
For any group planning on an overnight trip, we have two great options available!
The Lodges are located on our Tablelands with easy access to our Main Lodge, Dining Hall and Meeting Spaces.
Our Grove Cabins are a short walk towards the valley which is a great option for a bit more privacy during your trip.
Lodge Accommodations
We have two lodges on our Tablelands, Cedarview and Glenview. Both offer hotel-style sleeping with bedrooms on either side of a hallway. The total capacity of our Lodges is 162. A block of bedrooms will be assigned to a group based on the total number of participants and the breakdown of youth & adults.
Each of our bedrooms contains two sets of bunkbeds and can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people.
- Cedarview Lodge has 15 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 58 people.
- Glenview Lodge has 26 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 104 people.
Bedrooms are assigned based on youth sleeping 4 per room and adults/chaperones sleeping 2 per room. Different arrangements (including single rooms) can be made depending on availability.
Each bedroom has it’s own 3pc washroom with a toilet, shower and sink.
If your group is comprised of adults, one towel will be provided per person. Should you need more than that or require face cloths or hand towels, we encourage you to bring your own.
A bath mat will be provided for the floor.
Cedarview Lodge is an accessible building, with a ramp leading directly to an automatic door. This building has one (1) accessible bedroom that includes a roll-in shower, single bed and wide door frames.
Glenview Lodge is also not accessible building.
All of our buildings are connected by a paved sidewalk.
Bedrooms will be available to check into at 4:00pm. A room assignment must be completed and returned to the front desk in order for keys to be given.
On the day of your departure, we ask that all participants are checked out of their bedrooms by 9:00am and all keys are returned to our front desk. This allows our housekeeping staff to go in, clean and get the rooms ready for the next group’s arrival.
Bags can be stored in your meeting space or in your vehicles until your departure.
Bed linens, pillows and towels will not be provided.
Each bedroom is equipped with it’s own thermostat to control the heat in the cooler months. We caution our guests not to put the heat too high – our bedrooms are made of cedar and can turn into a sauna very quickly!
Unfortunately, our accommodation buildings do not have air-conditioning. As soon as the weather turns warm, window fans are put in all of the bedrooms and they do a great job of cooling down the space.
Grove Cabins
The Grove Cabins are located in our mid-valley, just off of our main road and are operational between the May long-weekend and Thanksgiving. Our Grove Cabins are a short walk down towards our valley and are a great option for groups that are looking for a more rustic feel and a bit more privacy during their trip.
The Grove is comprised of 4 cabins (Poplar, Oak, Maple & Pine), with each sleeping up to a maximum of 18 people. Each cabin is divided up into 3 bedrooms – two of those sleep up to 8 people and a centre room that sleeps 2.
The total capacity of the Grove Cabins is 72.
The number of cabins assigned to your group will be dependent on the number of participants in your group.
Porta-potties and a hand-wash station are located within the cabin circle.
For showers and additional washrooms, guests staying in the Grove will have access to our pool house, which is just a short walk away.
Portable heaters are provided for each bedroom to help with those cooler nights.
Unfortunately, our Grove Cabins do not have air-conditioning but with window fans and the surrounding trees, they do cool off quite nicely.
Cabins will be available to check into at 4:00pm. A room assignment must be completed and returned to the front desk in order for keys to be given.
On the day of your departure, we ask that all participants are checked out of their cabins by 9:00am and all keys are returned to our front desk. This allows our housekeeping staff to go in, clean and get the cabins ready for the next group’s arrival.
Our staff will do our best to assist groups with bringing their bags to and from the Grove when needed/possible.
More details will be provided close to your visit about the arrival and departure process.
Bed linens, pillows and towels are not provided.
For groups staying in the Grove, an added bonus is the use of the Dalton House. Dalton House is an indoor space located within the cabin circle and is a great spot for groups to gather together throughout their visit.
The Grove also has is its very own, private fire-pit with amphitheatre-style seating.
