“I enjoyed attending AquaFit classes, but knew I could do more. I wanted to improve my overall fitness and maybe lose some weight, but most of all, I was interested in gaining more stamina for paddling with my dragon boat team.

Working with Helen is fantastic! She taught me how to use a variety of cardio and strength machines, and developed customized exercise routines for me that I can do both in the gym and at home. Best of all, she encourages me to push myself beyond what I think I can do.

I feel committed to my exercise program now and I know I’m getting results. I feel stronger. I have more energy and I don’t run out of steam before our dragon boat crosses the finish line. This summer, our team won a silver medal!
