Outdoor Education in the City!
Our Toronto Island location, at the YMCA’s summer day camp, offers an oasis for outdoor education, just a short ferry ride from the city. Day field trips are available during the months of June and September, for any group of 10 or more participants. Whether it’s team building initiatives, archery or canoeing, our activities build a sense of community amongst the group, foster personal growth, and deepen an appreciation for the natural environment.
Learn and Grow Outside the Classroom
Leaving the classroom behind and getting outdoors allows students to learn, strengthen bonds and provides an experience sure to be a highlight of their school year. YMCA staff work closely with you to tailor the schedule, activities and objectives of the program to your students' needs.
