Don’t spend all your free time planning your #HealthyHour! Your quickie workout shouldn’t leave you feeling drained, but it should motivate and energize you for the rest of the day.
Here are a few ideas for your #HealthyHour:
- Grab your mat and channel your inner yogi to take on the rest of the day
- Lace up and head out for an afternoon or post-work run
- Use a resistance band and stretch your way to your strongest self
- Go for a walk at a moderate pace
- Drop in to an Arriba class and dance like no one’s watching
The moment you start your #HealthyHour the benefits of exercise kick in. Your heart rate increases and blood is delivered to your muscles. It’s almost an immediate mood boost thanks to a flood of endorphins.
