The YMCA is the perfect place for you and your kids to have fun together this Family Day! On Monday, February 20, all nine YMCA of Greater Toronto Health and Fitness Centres will host free events for all ages from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Make a splash, break a sweat, run, climb, explore — here’s what’s waiting for you and your family to enjoy:
Family Swim
Bring your bathing suits and jump in! Our spacious, heated, indoor swimming pools are perfect for your whole family. Whether you want to splash around with your little ones, or swim some serious laps, we have you covered.
Family Gym
It’s a smorgasbord of family fun! The gymnasiums at all of our centres will be fully decked out with your choice of a wide range of activities designed to build skills, create smiles...and burn some energy, too. Don’t forget your running shoes!
Family Fitness
Everyone knows how much fun it can be to work out with a friend, and your perfect gym buddy is closer than you think! Free on Family Day, this fitness class is specially designed with all ages and abilities in mind, so you can all take part together.
Special Surprises
In addition to our swim, gym, and fitness activities, the awesome staff team at each of our Centres of Community have a few special Family Day treats up their sleeves. Check out the Facebook event pages linked below to learn more.

Family Day is a great chance for your whole household to Try the Y — and best of all, we’ll waive the join fee for all new members who sign up on Monday, February 20!
